Deposits are processed through Aeropay via bank-to-bank transfer. Link your bank account and funds appear in your wallet after confirmation.
Your bank account is linked during your first deposit via Aeropay. Once linked, you can withdraw your available balance at any time.
If a match result can be verified via the game API (e.g., Lichess, Chess.com), the result is settled automatically. Otherwise, you can submit your result and, if uncontested for 24 hours, it is auto-confirmed.
Either player can open a dispute and submit evidence (screenshots, game links, etc.). A WagerMe administrator reviews the evidence and issues a binding resolution.
WagerMe charges a 1% fee on the winner's payout. There are no hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals.
Currently we support Lichess and Chess.com with full API verification. More games are on the roadmap. Unsupported games can use the generic self-report handler.
All wagered funds are held in escrow via a double-entry ledger system. Your balance is tracked independently from escrow holds, and withdrawals go directly to your connected bank account.
WagerMe uses geofencing to ensure wagering is only available in permitted jurisdictions. Location is checked at wager creation — we don't track you continuously.
Go to Dashboard → Account and use the delete account option. You'll need to confirm with your password. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn first.
Click "Forgot password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the link in the email we send you. The link expires after 1 hour.
