About WagerMe

WagerMe.gg is a peer-to-peer esports wagering platform where competitive players challenge each other for real money. No sportsbooks, no house edge: just two players, one match, and the better player walks away with the pot.

How It Started

WagerMe was born out of frustration with traditional betting platforms. We wanted a place where gamers could put their money where their mouth is: head-to-head, skill-on-skill, without a bookmaker setting the terms. So we built one.

How It Works

Players deposit funds, create or accept wagers, and play their match. Both sides lock funds in escrow before the game starts. When the match ends, results are verified automatically through game APIs (like Lichess and Chess.com) or confirmed by both players. The winner's share credits to their Winnings Balance on the ledger after settlement. Withdrawing to a card or bank is a separate step: it requires approved identity verification, playthrough where it applies, and follows fraud-protection and processor timelines shown in the app.
